Welcome to Quilt-n Friends - the complete quilting store! Happy summer to everyone! We really had no spring again this year - we moved right into summer! We had the hottest May on record this year and it feels like June is going to be the same! We've reached the time of year where the living is easy! The time for family outings, picnics, pool and backyard parties and of course VACATIONS! Like all of you, all of us at the shop need time for all those summer fun things, and because of this there will be no classes during July and August! Have no fear, we will all be back with many, many new classes in September and October. In fact, we are planning for numerous holiday and Christmas class projects for your early start on decorations and gifts. We know this is a disappointment to many of you and we want you to know that we are always here to help you with any of your quilting questions. As you look over the July and August calendars you will note that all of our Block of the Month classes will still be held, we will have our Birthday Sale, we will be at the Ann Arbor Quilt Show and we do have a new Block of the Month scheduled for July and August. Have a wonderful summer, be safe and happy! Oh yes - work on your UFPs (unfinished projects!) so you can take part in all the great classes we have planned for you in the fall. -- Gretchen
